Stim Mage
The card’s name is Stim Mage. Stim Wizard is the search. It appears in Act II as a green mox card, 0 power and 2 health, magick tribe, with Stimulate. Stimulate permanently adds power based on energy. An energy conduit loop is the route people use for Devil’s Play, the Act II achievement requiring over 666 damage.

Card
Pay Energy to buff its power permanently for the battle; an Energy Conduit loop can buff it indefinitely (the 666-damage achievement route).
Act II Magick card packs and shop; also included in the physical Devolver card pack.

Reading
I am not going to relabel the card to match the typo. The first sentence of this page is the correction, and the URL keeps the typo because that is what gets typed. Stimulate is a snowball: spare energy becomes attack and stays there. Conduit cards make energy easier to hold, which is why the achievement page points at this pair for Act II. The achievement is for an Act II attack over 666 damage; an Act I Ouroboros attack does not satisfy that condition.
A physical Devolver card pack also prints this card. That is a merchandise fact from the card write-up, not a rules change. The cardboard in the pack does not alter the digital Stimulate. If you only wanted the font on the card, the custom-card page lists makers; this page is the rules.
