Trapper and Trader
Leshy uses one mask for both jobs. The Trapper fights first, with Strange Frogs and a leaping trap, then the mask flips and the Trader pays you in wolf pelts and sells cards. Act II puts the same figure in P03’s storeroom. Act III uses holo pelts for tarot cards, and the door is the resplendent bastion lock.

Record
Boss strategy: keep Wolf Pelts for phase 2 trades; the Trader fills all eight lanes with sigil-boosted cards.
Encountered as the Snow Line boss in Act I and as a merchant in Acts II-III.

Reading
The search “is the trapper trans” is a question about identity. I did not find an official line that answers it. Community threads exist, and they are not a character sheet. I am not going to vote. The sourced fact is the mask: one figure, two faces, pelts as the currency of the trade.
Pelt prices and the cards you are offered live on the pelts page. Rabbit, wolf, and golden pelts are Act I. Holo pelts are Act III and do not enter your deck as creatures. If a route says “find the trader in Act 3,” walk to the storeroom after the bastion lock, not back to the cabin scale.
FAQ
Are the Trapper and the Trader the same character?
Yes. One mask, flipped.
Is the Trapper trans?
No official source I found answers that. I am not treating forum threads as a bio.
