Custom Cards
You do not need a new maker from this site. generator.cards covers Leshy, the pixel set, P03, and Grimora styles. A GitHub project does the same job in the open. Print from those exports. I am not redistributing the game’s card frames.
Printing
A fused PDF search wants every card on one sheet. Build that in the maker you picked, then print on card stock. Physical cards from the CrypticCrafter shop are a different object and live on the board-game page. Devolver’s own card pack, where Stim Mage shows up in print, is merchandise, not a template file.
If you want the words to look like the game, the font page explains what we know: there is no published license for the game’s letters. Use an open display face and accept that it is a cousin, not the file from the build.

Not from here. Use the game, or a maker that draws its own frames.
