Inscryption Endings
The finale order is Grimora, then Leshy, then Magnificus, then OLD_DATA. Grimora’s fight is deleted almost as it begins. Leshy’s return is the cabin scale, and the scoreboard goes with it. Magnificus fights on mox with a 400 HP counter and resists the deletion longer. OLD_DATA is an archive the scene unpacks. Act I’s “ending” is how you leave the cabin, and it is not this finale.

Spoilers, in that order
I am writing this plainly because the search is for the order. If you are still on the safe, leave this page and open Act I. A 20-card deck limit is a cabin rule people mix up with an ending condition. It is not how you trigger the finale. The Japanese “hidden ending” searches point at OLD_DATA and the ARG, which continue after the three scrybe fights.
Luke Carder’s story closes in that stretch, including the GameFuna confrontation the story page describes. I am not going to narrate the last shot beyond what the finale page already supports: the archive, the redacted images, and the upload thread that the ARG video is about.
FAQ
What is the final ending order?
Grimora, Leshy, Magnificus, then OLD_DATA.
Does a 20-card deck lock the ending?
No. That search is about a deck cap, not the finale.
