Kaycee’s Mod on that site is 18.5, 20, and 21 hours across the same three buckets. TheGamer, on 26 Nov 2022, wrote about 12 hours for the story and about 20 for 100 percent. I am not averaging these.
Two clocks
The story lengths are close: 12 and 13. The completionist lengths are not: 20 and 32. One reading is whether Kaycee’s Mod challenges count as “100 percent.” I will not pick a winner. If you want a planning number for a first finish, use the 12–13 hour band and expect the cabin puzzles to add evenings, not minutes.
